Google Services Handbook
Following the move to GMail for AAMail in late 2022, service officers have had access to enterprise level Google services. These services are all free and are easily interconnected. Shropshire Intergroup has made use of these services to manage Intergroup documents and produce our website. These services have allowed our Intergroup to automate many common functions of Intergroup and easily share our documents.
Following several enquiries from other Intergroups, a handbook for Google services and how to use them has been produced. It is not exhaustive and provides merely an introduction but it is hoped that this will be of help to those interested. The document is a live document and each time it is edited the version will be automatically available.
Should you wish to begin a site like this, log in to your AAMail Google account and go to sites.google.com. There are a number of templates to choose from to get you going.

Accounting Spreadsheets with Charts
A template has been prepared based on our accounting practices. Using a cloud based spreadsheets allows for Intergroups to display their accounting information publicly should they wish. You can see how this looks by viewing our financial reports page here.
If you would like to use our template, it is strongly recommended that you first access this site using Google Chrome and ensure that your browser is logged in (top right) to your AAMail account. Then, when you click the link below it will make a copy of the file in your AA Google Drive ready for you to work on.
